Job description

We are looking for ambitious and talented graduates to undertake a 3 year Finance & Accounting Graduate Training Programme
Your role will be positioned across the 3 Williams business sectors where you will gain invaluable experience and knowledge of a diverse range of accounting, control & systems matters; you’ll be at the heart of our worldwide company. In every case, your activities will touch those of colleagues throughout Williams, as well as customers and stakeholders outside. Additionally opportunities will actively be sought to supplement & enhance your exposure to different accounting environments within the UK operating divisions. Such opportunities may assume either of a short or long-term nature and may involve you relocating or working away from home.

The scheme covers a three year period, during which you will embark on a programme of practical and academic experience with the objective of achieving the widely recognised and highly regarded CIMA qualification.

Person requirements

To be considered for this programme you will demonstrate a high level of energy in pursuing work objectives and a total commitment to achieving successful outcomes, as evidence by your academic results and extra curricula activities. You will be on course to achieve a minimum 2:1 in finance, accounting or a business management related degree (or equivalent).
